Confirmation/Reminder Text: As a courtesy, 3 days prior to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to respond to. 24 hours prior to your appoinment, you will receive a reminder text. If you do not confirm and I am unable to reach you to confirm your appoinment, your appointment may be cancelled and a fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
Credit Card Required: A credit care is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. 24 hours notice is required to CANCEL or MAKE CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit care will be charged a fee based on the service(s) originally scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the service(s) originally scheduled. See cancellations and no call/no show policies below.
No Refunds: I do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are wanting changes to you hair, please contact me before 7 days have passed and I will be happy to remedy the situation
Tardiness: If you are running late to your appointment, please call/text ahead to let me know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellations: Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.
If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the service(s) originally scheduled. Future appointments may require a deposit to secure them. If this is a recurring issue, I may refuse to provide your future services.
No call/no show: We all know emergencies happen, but If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you are considered a no call/no show and will be charged 50% of the service(s) originally scheduled. I may refuse to provide your future services.
